The A & B team line-ups will be posted on the bulletin board at the pool. All swimmers must sign-up to swim in meets, sign up sheets will be posted at the pool.
Timers are needed for all Meets, sign up sheet is posted at the pool. No experience is needed, just a working thumb. Swim team veterans will be there to educate new parents on how to time a swim meet. You can also sign up for timing by emailing Margaret Barrett at Margaret_B@msn.com.
AQUATICS UPDATE
June 23, 2009
- All gear is in – check the office and get your sweatshirts – we want to finish distributing these this week.
- If you want to order NEW green sweatshirts, we are placing a re-order on Tuesday. We have 12 reorders already in.
- We have ordered extra white Swimming OGCC t-shirts – they will be for sale in the office in next few weeks.
- If you have the wrong suit, or lost a suit, or your suit has been damaged, check with Melissa Lloyd at the A and B swim meets this week, she has inventory and the suit will be billed to your OGCC number. Mini Otters are welcome to get team suits – and may want to – if they plan to be in the team photo.
- Last call for the School’s Out Pool Party on Thursday! Also, remember to save the date of Sunday, July 12 for the Annual Family Pool Party. Contact Dominique for your reservation.
- We are planning a really cool water polo exhibition on Tuesday, July 21. Come see how the sport is played!
